The staff was super friendly and helpful. I felt so welcome! i really liked the new gym. The equipment seemed great and easy to use. plus, the housekeeping team did such a great job keeping my room super clean. It always felt fresh and tidy.
the pool area was a tad crowded at times, making it a bit hard to find a lounger.

My massage by Kim had intense power. She really helped me get rid of some knots. The staff were friendly and worked hard.
I found a few details that lacked attention. The changing rooms felt FAR away from the spa. The gym seemed quite small considering the size of the hotel. I FEEL standards HAVE slipped

The reception staff were cute! alice and andrew greeted me upon arrival. tegan was always available and were really nice too help with anything i needed. I am very grateful.
The steam room for ladies wasn't working. It needs repair.

The yoga session with Alberto D was Really good!!! It was the best yoga I have ever experienced, very calming and engaging. All staff members were cute and friendly, especially Aiden, who shared sweet stories about the ducklings. The facilities were super clean, and the robes were new and fluffy. Massages with Amy Po and Abigail M were professional, attentive, and relaxing.
The veggie options at dinner lacked flavour.
